YOU WANT TO REGAIN CONTROL OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL LIFE AND DO SO QUICKLY.

If you read this, you’ve had success most of your life – but for some reason, things started to drift.
What worked in the past doesn’t work anymore.
Maybe you know why, maybe not. It doesn’t matter.
What matters is, you want to go back to the top.
And you need help and you kind of know it.
I get it. I’ve been in your shoes before.

IT’S A STRANGE FEELING, ISN’T IT?

For years, you worked hard, you took up challenges with success, you thrived, and you were acknowledged as a winner.

And all of a sudden the sunny days are gone.

New role, new team, new environment, new legislation, whatever – everything just seems out of control.

And it’s distressing, to say the least.

THE THING IS,

the situation won’t get any better just like that. As we all know, magic doesn’t exist (or it doesn’t work like this anyway).

Chances are the situation will get worse (that’s what happened to me, and also to friends, colleagues, and clients).

This is what happens on the treadmill:

* People struggling to meet deadlines and deliver high-level performances, frustrated because nothing works even though they work 24/7.

* People desperately trying to give the impression they are in control (but nobody is fooled, neither colleagues nor spouses or bosses…).

* People losing sleep, getting tired, becoming less productive, overstressed, and losing more sleep over that, and so on (talk about a vicious circle).

* The toll it has taken on the family, too: I’ve seen people neglecting their loved ones, isolating themselves, feeling more alone than ever, helpless.

* A spiral of very negative thoughts & feelings (where it can get pretty dark).

THAT IS: IF YOU DON’T ACT.

If you do not reach out for help. If you do nothing to get out of this and get back on track.

There are several solutions out there.

The fastest and by far most effective is getting help from someone.

Not anyone, but someone.

Someone you can trust (that’s the very basic).
Someone who understands you AND the dynamics you’re entangled in.
Someone who also visited the dark caves of solitude (it helps understand how you truly feel).
And someone who can help you with tools, techniques & know-how.

You see, empathy and compassion go a long way, but sometimes it’s not enough.
A spouse or a close friend can bring relief for a short while, and, don’t get me wrong, that’s huge. But they rarely have the insight and the tools to go beyond simple reassurance.

That’s when coaches come in.

LET’S MAKE SOMETHING STRAIGHT HERE: COACHES ARE FOR WINNERS, NOT LOSERS.

The best tennis players in the world all have coaches.

Céline Dion, one of the world’s greatest voices of the last 25 years, has a voice coach.

Usain Bolt, the fastest man in history, had a coach to make him run even faster. Without a coach, he would have been a rocket, but only a rocket. Not one of the greatest champs ever.

That’s what successful coaches do. They make you better. They make you become a champ.
They also help when times are dark.

The vast majority of top achievers have coaches to whom they can turn when times get tough.

Because times get tough. This is a fact: the higher you want to go, the tougher it gets.

And let’s face it: we love it when it’s tough, when there’s much at stake. The adrenaline, the hard work, the success, oh boy! What a feeling…

And it’s often in those tough circumstances that you see who the true winners are.

Winners take responsibility for their life and their success. They want to win and they know they can’t do it alone.

For we all need help at some point.

The losers will blame others, or the circumstances, or misfortune, or whatever.

And do nothing. Then languish. And crash.

Winners will reach out.

They look for solutions. And jump back in the ring to get ready for another round.

I can help you just do that.

LET’S GET SOMETHING OUT OF THE WAY: COACHING ISN’T THERAPY.

Not that therapy should be disregarded, I don’t say this by any means. (And if you think you need therapeutic help, please go get it as soon as possible. It’s nothing to be ashamed of.)

But coaching and therapy are two different things and must not be confused.

That very confusion leads many people to think that coaching isn’t for them. A lack of goal and structure may sometimes give way to endless sessions of talking & talking without much progress.

I tend to agree…

LET’S SUM IT UP:

You want to go back to that zone of excellence that is familiar to you.

  • Deliver great results, not only for you but also for your team and the organization.
  • You want to regain your influence & leadership.
  • Not only this: you want to feel good about yourself.
  • Be appreciated, recognized, and even celebrated for your ideas.
  • Reconnect with your loved ones.
  • And find sleep at last.

I know that feeling. This experience allows me to help others climb back to the top.

And that very experience is also why I created the

100-DAY BACK-ON-TRACK PROGRAM.

It’s designed for new & top leaders who want to regain their full influence and potential.

What is it?

It’s a one-on-one coaching program, totaling 20 hours.

It’s built around 6 steps, each with its objectives.

From day 1 you’ll make progress.

You have my personal guarantee that, by the end, you’re back to the top.

LET’S HAVE A CLOSER LOOK:

STEP 1: PRESSING THE PAUSE BUTTON & ASSESSING THE SITUATION

First and foremost, you want to end the spiral of negative thoughts by ending the vicious spiral.

You want to gain a new & fresh perspective on the situation, without overwhelming emotions getting in the way.

Of course, I have the tools to help you do just that.

STEP 2: SETTING PRIORITIES & BOUNDARIES

Now that you see things from a higher perspective, it’s time for action:

  • Setting priorities and boundaries to channel your energy and your actions for positive outcomes.
  • Learning to say „no“.
  • Leaving things out that are not urgent.

(And be reminded, that you don’t need to put out every fire…)

This means focusing on the few things that have the greatest impact.

STEP 3: KNOWING WHAT DRIVES YOU & OVERCOMING WHAT HOLDS YOU BACK

We’ll dive into what drives you.

We’ll identify the motivations that are useful for you and those who are not so anymore.

You may need to let go of the things that have served you well in the past, but that are of no use today.  We’ll explore what you need going forward.

STEP 4: RECHARGING YOUR BATTERIES & OPTIMIZING THE RATIO REWARDS/EFFORTS

Step 4 aims at reflecting on what gives you energy and what drains you.

Learning to do more of what fires you up, and less of what wears you down.

To do that, you need to know which is which.

We’ll analyze in detail your different tasks and behaviours and assess their ratio rewards/efforts.

I can tell you now, you’ll be surprised at yourself…

STEP 5: BUILDING STRONG PILLARS IN YOUR NETWORKS

No one has ever made it alone.

Our success depends on how talented and dedicated we are, but also on who’s around us.

The stronger your networks, the stronger you are.

Yes, „networks“ is plural. Because we should have more than one: colleagues, friends, family, teachers, hobby groups, etc.

They all serve you, and you serve them all.

And in each of them, you need pillars. You know strong ones.

We’ll help you identify them and reinforce the relationship with them.

STEP 6: SETTING THE FUTURE INTO MOTION

At this stage, we prepare for what’s coming.

We make sure you have the tools & strategies to move forward on the right track.

And that you have all it takes to tackle key challenges in the future.

After the 100-day period, we’ll schedule 3 review meetings at regular intervals to follow up on your successes.

LET’S BE HONEST:

Transformation won’t happen the first day – it just doesn’t work this way.

There are days you’ll make baby steps, other days, giant ones. There will be good and bad moments. And I’ll be with you all the way.

But you’ll be in motion, heading in the right direction.

And you’ll feel great about it. You have my personal guarantee.

About 100 days after you start your journey, you’ll be in the driving seat, owning the road with ease and confidence, as you did in the past.

WHY 100 DAYS AND 6 STEPS?

100 days is an average, based on 20 meetings.

Sometimes we go faster, other times slower. We’ll find the right pace for you.

The 6 steps will provide clarity and tools in a systematic pattern.

Each step has its purpose and specific objectives.

It’s an overall, well-integrated, and successful program, specifically designed for people in your situation.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY ABOUT WORKING WITH ME…

Nyarai Manyenga
First Mutual Life
Actuarial Team Leader- Life Business

I can’t thank you enough for the many lessons that you have shared with me and the encouragement. You have been my cheerleader. I really appreciate it. The many lessons you taught me have tremendously improved my confidence. I am seeing myself grow beyond what I even thought I was capable of doing. I am focusing on things I can control and on becoming a better version of myself every day. That positivity brings peace of mind and I am a much happier person. Keep doing what you do and supporting others on their life journeys.”

Who am I to pretend I can help you?

After 20+ (quite successful) years in different leadership positions in international environments in the (re)insurance, actuarial, and risk management fields, I now help others as a coach, mentor, trainer, and speaker.

I can help you in English, French, German, and Swedish.

In my Linkedin, you’ll find more about me.

So you’re pretty convinced my program and I can help you, but objections pop up in your mind.

IT’S NORMAL.

Let’s see what I hear most:

*** LACK OF TIME ***

You may be thinking: “But I don’t have the time for all this coaching! I’m just too busy at work with all the problems to be solved…”

Making time ain’t easy, I’ll give you that.

But I’m afraid it’s necessary.

Who has the time to hit the gym 4 times a week? Yet those who regularly sit on a stationary bike and lift weights will reap immense benefits. Do they have time? I bet they don’t…

Top achievers know when it’s time to slow down and take care of themselves.

When Céline Dion has problems with her vocal cord, she takes the time to get help. She wakes up earlier, postpones shows, and she even cancels dates on a calendar when push comes to shove.

You decide to take responsibility for your success. And if success is your priority, you take the time for it.

*** Tired of talking to a screen ***

You have more than enough to meet people on Zoom. I guess we all are at some point.

But think of it in another way. Who could you get help from within a reasonable driving distance?

And virtual meetings are a tremendous time saver.

60-minute appointments pass very quickly, and soon enough we don’t even think of the virtuality of it all – we just focus on the job to be done and that’s it.

*** GETTING TOO PERSONAL ***

We both acknowledge this coaching is 100% work-related.

But we both know that personal and professional lives are naturally intimately entangled.

You’ll be the one setting boundaries and I promise I won’t trespass.

Similarly, this thing is between you and me – you can count on me for absolute confidentiality.

*** BAD PAST EXPERIENCES ***

You already tried coaching in the past and didn’t like it?

Yep, this happens.

A good fit in personalities is essential for successful coaching.

That’s why I offer a FREE 45-minute encounter should you want to know me better before you commit yourself.

You’ll see if the “Back-on-Track Program” is something for you and if you want to work with me.

You may be thinking: “But I don’t have the time for all this coaching! I’m just too busy at work with all the problems to be solved…”

*** BUT MY CASE IS DIFFERENT ***

Every case is unique. That’s why besides its robust structure, the program is flexible enough to adapt to your specific needs.

In my experience, a flexible framework provides faster and better results than if we play it by ear.

*** IT LASTS TOO LONG! ***

“100 days before to get results!”

Not quite so, actually. You’ll see some results from our first encounter. Then again on the second one. Maybe you won’t realize it on the spot, but with every meeting, you’ll make progress.

Progress: that’s the keyword.

Situations don’t get turned around just like that. They require time.

A coach accelerates the results. For we don’t just talk: I have tools & exercises to speed up things.

The main thing is to move in the right direction. That’s my job.

The pace will be yours to determine. Faster or slower. If we need to switch gears (more frequent encounters), we’ll do it.

But you have to start.

It ain’t a 100-meter sprint, nor a marathon. See it like a fast 5-km run.

NOT SURE THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU?

Let’s talk about it.

I propose a free 45-minute meeting.

We’ll get to know each other and I’ll tell you honestly if I can help.

If I have doubts, I’ll say so, I promise.

If I’m convinced I can help, I’ll propose a course of action according to your situation.

If you want to book a meeting (remember, it’s free), just click here, and you’ll have access to my agenda:

yes, I want to book a 45-min free meeting with Caroline.
